The second stage of the EPA’s diesel engine pollution regulations are upon us. And to think President George Bush had a chance to delay these regulations and he didn’t do it! So much for the GOP not caring about the environment – but regardless my personal opinion is that the EPA went really went overboard this time. Hello China and India, how about getting to work on cleaning up your air first?
